About Zach Walter CPA

Zach Walter is the founder of Zach Walter, CPA LLC, based in St. Augustine, Florida. He earned his B.A. In Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in accounting and a minor in sports management, and later completed his M.B.A. With an emphasis in finance at the University of La Verne.

Zach began his public accounting career in Irvine, California, where he spent 15 years with two mid-sized local firms serving Orange County small businesses and individuals. In 2026, he relocated to St. Augustine to launch Zach Walter, CPA LLC.

With experience spanning single-owner, professional service businesses through multi-state organizations with revenues exceeding $900 million, Zach brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to tax compliance and planning. His work focuses heavily on closely held pass-through entities (S corporations and partnerships), while also serving high-net-worth individuals, trusts, personal service C corporations, and select nonprofit organizations and foundations. He also has experience with gift and estate tax reporting covering most avenues pertaining to U.S. domestic income tax.
